Head of Reward and HR projects/digitalisation

To provide a Compensation and Benefits strategy that ensures market competitiveness and secures Kvaerner’s competitive advantage and cost effectiveness, and in addition be responsible for HR development projects we are looking for Head of Reward and HR projects/digitalisation.

Reporting to the SVP HR & Organizational Development, you will be the process- and implementation owner of the Compensation and Benefits policy and strategy at all levels, which is an integrated part of Kvaerner’s HR strategy.

In addition, you will be Project manager for HR development processes, including e-learning, performance management and HR digitalization. The role will be supporting other HR and Organisational Development tasks when required, hence a broad HR background is preferred.
